The Best of the Best of Park City & Deer Valley Ranked by Price

#1.  253 White Pine Canyon Rd in The Colony comes in on top at $42,000,000 - someone believes it is worth every penny. This home is well known by Park City Realtors and buyers looking for homes in all price ranges. With seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms, this luxury property comes at 17,567 square feet and sits on 4.97 acres. Update April 2022 - SOLD

Over the years, the Colony at White Pine Canyon has held many of the most expensive properties in Park City. For example, 2470 White Pine Lane is located within the gates of The Colony and is now the highest-priced home for sale in Park City, Ut & it also holds the highest price per square foot for a property on the Park City MLS. 

#2.  7932 Red Tail Court is a newly built home in the gated community of Bald Eagle Club. This home has nine bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and 16,136 square feet. This is the last of the new construction in the ski-in-ski-out community of Bald Eagle. 

#3. Red Cloud in Empire Pass holds seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and a 12,297 square foot home located at 7 Red Could Trail. Red Cloud is a gated luxury real estate development in the Empire Pass area of Park City, Utah. The community is known for being one of the most exclusive ski-in-ski-out communities in the Deer Valley Resort Area.

#4. 4867 Legacy Way is in the new Deer Valley Resort development of Stein Eriksen Estates. This is the first home on the list that is not ski-in-ski-out, but there is a quick shuttle to quickly get you to the slopes.

#5. 555 King Road comes in at number three and is on nearly 56 acres in Old Town. While you may be thinking you get four bedrooms, six baths, and 7,084 square feet with acreage, you get much more. The parcel is its own subdivision, allowing the next owner to build an 18,000+ square foot home. This property defies every story you've ever heard about Old Town and is truly one of a kind. This is the first time that Deer Crest has not made the list of top-priced homes for sale in eight years. However, I expect to see excellent listings in the golf course communities.

Review of the Homes with the Highest Price Tag in Park City, Utah:

Since the original post in 2014, there have been 37 properties to sell in the Park City area with a price tag of over $10,000,000.   The top sold price was a large acreage property outside Park City that sold for over $32 million. This highest-priced ski-in-ski-out property sold within the past few years for almost $24 million. Our current market trends have been helping luxury properties sell faster than at any time in the history of Park City real estate.
