The real estate market continues to roll strong but feels like it's beginning to "normalize".  When I say normalize I mean more like a summer busy season.  That could also be attributed to that I haven't been able to follow up with potential buyers because we are seeing a high number of showings our listings around $4,000,000.  This week I pushed the total number of residences under contract to sixteen.
