It is a great choice for full-time residents as well as second homeowners because of the easy access to world-class skiing and downtown Park City. The reasons people buy Deer Vista real estate are the newly built homes and the spectacular views of the mountains of Park City and the Jordanelle Reservoir.
If you're considering a gated community in the area but don't want the golf course amenities this could be one of the best options for you. There is an option to join the club down the street for a swimming pool and workout facilities but it is not required.
