The entire area is a short walk to the best snow on Earth and an exciting place to live year round. Old Town offers property owners and renters easy access to skiing and a short walk to the restaurants on Main Street. You can catch the bus system to take you anywhere in town. With the convenience of the local grocery store Fresh Market, many owners choose to fly into the Salt Lake International Airport and Uber for the 37-mile drive to their destination. Park City was voted as the "Best Town Ever" by Outside Magazine and you'll be right in the center of it all living life on vacation. Old Town real estate offers plenty of entertainment for skiers, snowboarders, hikers and mountain bikers but it also offers something for those who don’t partake in slopeside activities. Main Street is a foodie’s dream with dozens of great restaurants, shopping, entertainment at The Egyptian Theater, and the Sundance Film Festival. The top Old Town condos to experience what Main Street has to offer are Sky Silver, 205 Main St. Condominiums, The Parkite, or Treasure Mountain Inn.

Old Town is surrounded by mountains on three sides and if you’re on the outer edges you'll have fantastic views during the day and at night you will experience the twinkling lights. Remember that this area of town was founded by silver miners in the 1860’s so many of the land parcels are smaller in nature so it would be easy for the workers to get to walk to work in the mines and today their paths create easy access to entertainment, nightlife, and the only ski-in-ski-out distillery in the World at High West.
