Deer Crest Estates

Deer Crest Real Estate Statistics Updated for 2016 through 2022:
Deer Crest home and condo sales dropped dramatically in 2022. This could be mainly due to a lack of inventory as only one listing expired, and in another case, the seller decided not to sell.
The two homes that sold were located in Deer Crest Estates, both built in 2002, one a little above 1,300 sq ft and one a little below, but one sold at $1,292 per square foot while the other home sold at $703.

Ski-In-Ski-Out Market Update: In Early 2023, there is still a high demand for quality ski-in-ski-out Deer Valley homes. Unfortunately, St. Regis has only a few options left for new construction in Snow Park, and with Founder's Place almost being sold out, buyers will soon have fewer options to purchase.

Deer Crest Holds the most expensive home to ever sell in Park City!
Deer Crest now holds Park City's most expensive home for sale, and I would also say the most luxurious home. You may view all the photos by selecting the property above. Still, this fantastic property in Park City, Utah, has premier ski access to Deer Valley ski resort and is currently offered at $25,000,000 (USD).
This home is shocking, simply incredible! But, of course, the price per square foot doesn't seem unreasonable at $1,221.66 per square, considering the quality of construction and ski access to a world-class ski resort.
There's a bar/lounge area and a bowling alley towards the back when you walk in the front door. You can then choose to take the million-dollar elevator up or down. If you go down, you'll enter the theater area with a wine cellar, or you can take a few more stairs down and be at the indoor racquet club.
You can take the elevator to the second floor and enter the fantastic kitchen with large sliding doors that provide indoor/outdoor living, and the living room is one of the areas where you'll most likely entertain all your guests. The views, architecture, and ceiling height in this room are incredible.
One more flight up, you'll be arriving at your "power office" with incredible views of the Jordanelle Reservoir, a primary bedroom with a large walk-in closet, and a fabulous bathroom. On this level of the home will be additional rooms where you will use your ski access.
While there are many rooms to choose from in this 20,000+ square foot home, they are all suited for royalty. So if you're searching for rare luxury property unlike any other and something that no one else has or ever will have, this property is one of a kind!
At this level of luxury, it is expected for the buyer to provide proof that they have the means to purchase the property before any showings. Update August 2019 - This home listed for $25,000,000 went under contract in under 30 days - it is rare for a home of this price to go under contract so quickly, but it is a fantastic property in Deer Crest. Update May 2022 - this is no longer the highest-priced home to sell in Park City. A house in The Colony sold this month for nearly $40,000,000.
This Deer Crest home sold and is the new record for a Park City property. Ironically enough, another property sold around the same time but outside Park City and had a large acreage.
