Ironwood Deer Valley is located in Empire Pass.  They are luxury townhomes with ski access to Deer Valley Resort.  Owners have direct access to Flagstaff Mountain Peak's Green, Blue and Black ski runs as well as great ski access to the Lady Morgan section of Deer Valley that provides some of the best expert terrains in Deer Valley. 

There is a total of 23 townhomes that all have four or five bedrooms that range from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet with two-car garages.   The sidewalks and driveway for the subdivision are heated so you can leave the snow shovel at home.  There is a one-bedroom community guesthouse that can be rented for overflow if you fill-up the bedrooms.  Many of the properties are sold furnished and have hot tubs that are included in the purchase price.  

When buying an Ironwood Townhome there is a one percent transfer fee to the HOA.  Talisker memberships may or may not be included in the purchase.
