MoonShadow Real Estate Development in Empire Pass
Moonshadow is eight single-family lots in Empire Pass of the Deer Valley Resort Area. The building parcels provide downhill builds and huge views of Park City. Moon Shadow parcels are .17 to .49 acres in size to give ample room on the building pad. The Talisker Club is less than 1,000 feet away and offers easy access to skiing at Empire Pass.
Ski Access of the Moon Shadow Development
Owners at Moon Shadow will take a Talisker Club shuttled to the Tower Club for ski access to the slopes of Deer Valley - this is less than a one-minute car drive. You can leave your gear at the Tower Club and start the day with breakfast and end with Après Ski with your loved ones at the Clubhouse.

Who Buys Moon Shadow in Empire Pass?
The typical buyer is anything but typical. They are looking to build a home with huge views, close to skiing, and enjoy all the Deer Valley Resort Area and Empire Pass have to offer. Having a newly built and modern home in Deer Valley will be a big draw.
The History of Moonshadow
Moonshadow was originally designed for larger townhomes similar to Lookout at Deer Valley. The developer changed the development to allow for single-family homes to be built, and it was rezoned as a planned unit development (PUD). While these lots are not huge on paper, they live much larger with the surrounding open space.
Derrik's Thoughts on Moonshadow
These lots are some of the best views available in Deer Valley. While there hasn't been much traction yet, they will support a $9,000,000 home sale. I'd even be willing to go out on a limb to say there's an opportunity to build a home on speculation and make a profit.
Deer Valley doesn't have many buildable lots left. Since we could most likely negotiate a Talisker membership with the sale, there's an opportunity when buying a parcel of land close to skiing, amenities, and huge views.
