The Pros and Cons of Empire Pass Condos vs. Other Areas of Park City

The Pro: Empire Pass condominiums offer some of the most accessible ski access to Deer Valley Resort. Your property will be about five minutes from Historic Main Street for dining and entertainment options. You will also be able to enjoy taking scenic hikes or biking on Guardsman Pass in the summer.

The Talisker Membership may also be a deciding factor for you. The membership allows you to have a ski condo in the winter and a golf property in the summer. The Outpost is an incredible experience if you enjoy being outdoors with your loved ones. Buying into the Talisker club is about making memories and enjoying life to the fullest extent.

The Con: Empire Pass is lower in elevation than other ski towns, but 8,300 feet can be too high for some buyers coming from sea level. This is to ensure you are drinking enough water and staying hydrated. If hydration doesn't work, there are other ski-in-ski-out options in Deer Valley, around Park City Mountain Resort, or at The Canyons Village.
