What Should I Know When Buying a Condo in Deer Valley, Utah?
Deer Valley condos are wonderful in the winter and maybe even better in the summer. Recently, I have had several clients buy condos in Deer Valley just for the summer and during the winter they will offset their cost of ownership by renting the property on a nightly basis.
Unless the condo is a luxurious condo-hotel (examples: St. Regis, Stein Eriksen Residences, Montage Deer Valley) you can have a third party rent the property or you can do a VRBO setup that allows you to hire cleaners and run the property's locks off of wifi to provide access to the guests.
Lastly, the majority of Deer Crest's condos are located in the St. Regis Deer Valley but there are some other townhomes that offer ski-in-ski-out from a private gondola. There is a possibility that some of the condos are not listed for sale on the MLS or anywhere else online. If you have a specific area you're interested in please contact me and I can help you find exactly what you're looking for in a Deer Valley condo, even if it is off-market.
