Park City, Utah will cover every property for sale within Park City and the Snyderville Basin - it is the largest general area before narrowing your home search.  Aerie homes and condos provide great views of the Park City and is close to the activities of Old Town.   Canyons Village mainly consists of condominiums or townhomes within the village but does include The Colony at White Pine Canyon as well.  This area is well known for ski properties and provides some of the best selection of newly built properties in Park City.  Deer Valley is world-renowned for their groomed ski trails and some of the most elite ski properties in the World.  Once you click on the link you can read more about the four separate areas of Deer Valley and the benefits of owning a property in Deer Valley.  Glenwild is a gated community within the Park City School District and is built around one of the top-rated golf courses in Utah, which was designed by Tom Fazio.   Heber is known as one of the fastest-growing small towns in America and offers a great lifestyle at a lower price point than Park City.  Jeremy Ranch is known as a bedroom community to Salt Lake City and provides a great location for those looking to travel in and out of the Salt Lake City International Airport.  Jordanelle offers boating at the reservoir, great views, and golfing at Tuhaye.   This area offers the is about ten to fifteen minutes from Park City but provides ski access to Deer Valley via the Jordanelle Express Gondola.  Kimball Junction mainly consists of condominiums that may offer nightly rentals.  Kimball works well for those who want to stay in Park City but still travel down to Salt Lake to ski.  Midway was once a small dairy town but has seen a shift over the past decade to be a bit of what Park City was twenty years ago.  With the addition of the Mayflower Ski Resort, new dining options, and luxury properties for sale, we have seen even the most particular buyers call it their new home.  Old Ranch Road is a prized area that was once flat farmland.  The neighborhood provides great views where you look up to the mountains and while enjoying larger parcels of land.  Old Town Park City provides easy access to skiing, fine dining, and the activities of Sundance.  Parcels of land tend to be smaller in Old Town but the area offers the mystique of what was once a small silver mining town.  Park Meadows is built around a golf course and has been traditionally known for many full-time residences - over the past several years more people have found one of Park City's best-kept secrets and have helped it transition into a great community for second homeowners as well as full-time residences.  Pinebrook provides a wide array of properties.  This neighborhood is a great fit if you are considering a home or condo and offers views or a setting within the pine trees.  Promontory real estate is one of our most visited pages.  The community was developed in the mid-2000s and is centered around plenty of amenities.  The Prospector area is close to Old Town, skiing, and some of the best schools in Utah.  Silver Creek offers larger parcels of land with distant views of the ski resorts.  If you are looking for a horse property or just a little elbow room this could be a great fit.  Silver Springs has several small lakes and quick access in and out of Park City - it is one of the best entry point neighborhoods in Park City.  Summit Park was originally developed as a cabin community but has grown into a neighborhood that is mainly full-time residences.  Sun Peak & Bear Hollow may be one of the most underrated areas in Park City.  Sun Peak mainly offers single-family homes that have an easy to access location with spectacular views.  Bear Hollow provides some options for entry point condos that are mainly full-time residences.  Sundance offers some spectacular homes that tend to carry a very mountain rustic feel.  The real estate market in Sundance doesn't tend to move as quickly as Park City but there are some incredible spots to build your new mountain home.  Thaynes Canyon is also a top area in town for primary residences and has a perfect location for living the Park City lifestyle.  Trailside offers easy access to hiking, biking, and access to Trailside Park.
