Jeremy Ranch is known as a bedroom community to Salt Lake City and provides a great location for those looking to travel in and out of the Salt Lake City International Airport. Jordanelle offers boating at the reservoir, great views, and golfing at Tuhaye. This area offers the is about ten to fifteen minutes from Park City but provides ski access to Deer Valley via the Jordanelle Express Gondola. Kimball Junction mainly consists of condominiums that may offer nightly rentals. Kimball works well for those who want to stay in Park City but still travel down to Salt Lake to ski. Midway was once a small dairy town but has seen a shift over the past decade to be a bit of what Park City was twenty years ago. With the addition of the Mayflower Ski Resort, new dining options, and luxury properties for sale, we have seen even the most particular buyers call it their new home. Old Ranch Road is a prized area that was once flat farmland. The neighborhood provides great views where you look up to the mountains and while enjoying larger parcels of land. Old Town Park City provides easy access to skiing, fine dining, and the activities of Sundance. Parcels of land tend to be smaller in Old Town but the area offers the mystique of what was once a small silver mining town.
