Jeremy Ranch Real Estate

Subdivisions within Jeremy Ranch include: Jeremy Cove, Jeremy Point, Moose Hollow, South Ridge, Sunrise Hills, The Trails at Jeremy Ranch and The Woods of Parley's Lane.

 The Jeremy Ranch Golf Course was designed in 1981 by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay and does offer a Private Golf membership as well as a social membership.  Jeremy Ranch homes can range from 1,989 square feet to 8,579 square feet and typically have three to seven bedrooms.  Homes for sale in Jeremy Ranch range in price from approximately $700,000 to $2,500,000.  Condos for sale in Jeremy Ranch range in price from approximately $500,000 to the high $800,000.

New Development in Jeremy Ranch:  There is currently a mixed-use development called Jeremy Station on a 12 acre parcel between Jeremy Ranch Road, Rasmussen and Homestead, and is across from the Park & Ride lot.  Jeremy Station is currently approved for 66,000 square feet of commercial use but there is a recent proposal that would include 60,000 square feet of commercial use, 20 condominiums, 20 town-homes, and 37 single family residences.  The proposal was presented to the HOA in late 2014 and should be in front of the County Council in December or January of 2015 for approval for amendment.

Jeremy Ranch Golf Course: The Jeremy

"The Jeremy" is a golf course located in Jeremy Ranch that is designed by Arnold Palmer.  It was finished in 1981 and a full membership fee is $3,000.00 with $490.00 monthly dues.  Individual fees are $392.00 per month while social memberships, which provide access to all social activities as well as the restaurant and bar, are $25.00 per month.
