Why I love the Aerie Neighborhood:
Aerie real estate has some of the best views in all of Park City. You can have forever views towards the North or spectacular views of Old Town to the top of Deer Valley. The location is less than a mile from all the activities that Main Street has to offer such as Park Silly Market, Art Festival, Sundance Film Festival, and much much more.
There are wonderful hiking trails that link up to over 400 miles of public trails in Park City. By living in Aerie you can have the benefits of the Old Town lifestyle but homes tend to be larger with longer views and without as many stairs.
