It has taken thousands of hours to build what I believe is the best real estate website to search for Park City real estate for sale. On our new website at www.RealEstateInParkCity.com, you can search for condos, homes, and land. The user also can save a search to stay updated on the local listings. The site provides the ability to search with a map and filter the results by bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, lot size, year built, days on the website (or days on the market), nightly rental eligibility, waterfront, golf properties, horse properties, hiking and biking properties, ski properties, public remarks. If you're familiar with Park City, you can choose the area of town you would like to search.
We have built specific pages for different local communities in town (Promontory, Park Meadows, The Canyons, Deer Valley, and more). A feature I love is we have included statistics to show the percentage of single-family vs. condominiums, average price, total number of listings in the area, average days on the market, average price per square foot, highest price, lowest price, and average property age. We have combined all of Deer Valley, so you don't have to search in Upper Deer Valley, Empire Pass, Lower Deer Valley, and Deer Crest - but you can dig deeper into the page and search all those neighborhoods individually. We have included a page dedicated to ski properties, including all ski properties, or you can again dig deeper into ski homes or ski condos. While skiing is very important here in Park City, golf properties are great options because their amenities are built around golf and skiing. Because of this, we have included a page titled Nearby Golf Communities - which includes all golf properties, Canyons Village, Glenwild, Jeremy Ranch, Park Meadows, Promontory, and gone a little outside of Park City to pull in Red Ledges, Tuhaye, and Victory Ranch.
One of our most successful pages in the past has been New Construction in Park City, so we have beefed up the page to include the most popular new construction projects in town. The newly built properties for sale will focus on Canyons Village (Apex, The Colony, Fairway Springs, Frostwood Villas, Juniper Landing, Lift Residences, Pendry (still waiting on some information on Pendry), White Pine Condos, and Yotel Pad). You can also search for new homes and condos in Deer Valley (Deer Crest Estates, Empire Residences, Goldener Hirsch, One Empire Pass, St. Regis Deer Valley, and Stein Eriksen Residences). One of the areas where builders are the busiest is the Jordanelle area, which allows us to showcase the new developments of Hideout Canyon, Soaring Hawk, and Tuhaye. While Old Town Park City is pretty well built, there is enough new construction to justify single-family homes in Old Town and the new and last development in Old Town, Kings Crown. We've also included the top reasons to buy new construction at the end of the page.
While updating the website, we couldn't update the Blog as often as we would have liked because we ran two websites simultaneously, and the old website would be wiped away. We are committed to updating our Park City real estate blog and upcoming events halfway down the main page. In order to keep our site fresh, we have also added new listings to the main page. You will also notice that our other searches are sorted by newest listing, but you can by price as well - when a search populates, the "Newest First" displays, and if you click on Newest First, you'll see a drop-down to sort by "Price, high to low" or "Price, low to high." If you ever get to a search and want to get back to the home page, all you have to do is click on the Derrik Carlson Real Estate in the top left-hand corner, and you will be returned to the home page.
