By Lana Harris and Grayson West, Real Estate Advisors Reviewed by Derrik Carlson Updated July 2026 Data: Park City MLS, 2025 closed sales

The most affordable neighborhoods in Park City are Summit Park, Silver Creek, Trailside, Pinebrook, Silver Springs, and Jeremy Ranch. With a market-wide median near $2.8 million for single-family homes, "affordable" here means medians between roughly $1 million and $2.1 million.

All six sit within 10 to 15 minutes of both ski resorts, and they are where most full-time residents actually live. This guide covers what each costs, what you get, and how to decide. For every community including ski and golf neighborhoods, see the Park City neighborhoods page.

Updated July 10, 2026

Deer Valley recorded 53 closed MLS sales from January 1 through June 30, 2026. Of those, 52 included a disclosed sold price and generated more than $300.3 million in reported sales volume. The average disclosed sold price was approximately $5.78 million, and the median was $5.05 million.

The headline numbers show strength, but Deer Valley is not one uniform market. A newer full-service condominium can command a much higher price per square foot than a larger detached home. Exact ski access, view, renovation level, HOA structure, rental rules, storage, parking, and ease of ownership all affect value.
