Apex townhomes are multi-story with a modern design.  There are two and three-story floor plans and range from approximately 2,000 square feet to over 3,100 square feet.  The great rooms were designed for large gatherings and a wonderful place to entertain, cook, and unwind after a great day of skiing.   The two-level floorplan of the Apex townhomes have the ability to lock out the bottom and have two rentals for the price of one.  The master is on the top level with the kitchen while three bedrooms and three bathrooms are downstairs.  This might be a great option for an investment property if you're looking to offset costs but you don't want renters to be sleeping in your bed.
