Why I Love Arrowleaf Condos in Empire Pass

The condos in Arrowleaf have a terrific location for skiing and the proximity to the Talisker Club is just a short walk. I love the mountain rustic architecture of the mid-2000s which can always be spiced up with an interior designer or a light remodel. While most people think of Deer Valley for the winter it is also an amazing spot for the summer and winter months. Deer Valley offers summer mountain biking and the hiking trails are easily accessible too. Arrowleaf had a very buys 2018 for sales while in 2019 there was only one property that sold. This is also one of the few areas where you can buy a property in Park City at pre-recession prices. Compared to the new construction of One Empire and other new building projects around Park City, Arrowleaf is a steal of a deal.
