This luxury condo-hotel property is in the Upper Village next to the Sunrise Chair Lift. This area of Park City is known for being a luxurious four-season destination. 

Pendry Residences Park City was built and developed by the same group that developed Montage Deer Valley. The 152 luxury residences of Pendry were sold fully furnished with everything down to the silverware.

Pendry is a ski-in-ski-out property with access to The Canyons Village ski resort. The architect designed each residence to maximize the views and natural light.

What to Know When Buying a Pendry Condo at The Canyons Village

Pendry Park City InteriorDuring the developer's sales process, I represented more buyers than any other non-Pendry agent on the Park City MLS. The developer of the Pendry property had their own new construction real estate purchase contract that wast 27 pages of legalese.

I suggested buyers have an attorney review the purchase contract. Upon going under contract, buyers were required to pay a 20% deposit.

We now use a standard Utah real estate purchase contract with a personal property transfer agreement for the Pendry Park City condos for sale that you see on this page.

As with any newer construction in The Canyons Village, the buyer pays a 2% transfer fee upon purchasing a Pendry residence.

Pendry Park City Prices

Developers tend to increase prices throughout construction. As the developer continues to sell more residences, they figure out the properties that may have been mispriced from the beginning. 

This is a large project with three different buildings where views may be better than expected in a particular residence. In addition, as the buildings go up, the developer can adjust the prices of unsold properties to refine pricing.
