The Blackstone Residences are luxury properties located in The Canyons Village in Park City, Utah. These properties are about a 30-minute drive from the Salt Lake Airport and a short walk to the Cabriolet gondola.  Blackstone Residences tend to be the most affordable new construction ski townhomes and condos in the Park City area.

Blackstone condos (cover photo) are around 1,100 to 1,500 square feet and are smaller than the townhomes.  The condos were built after the townhomes and finished construction around 2020.

If you're looking to finance a vacation property in Park City it's great that the Blackstone condos are not considered a condo-hotel which will allow you to put less money down and receive a better interest rate.
