White Pine Canyon Village is a new townhome development located in a quiet cul-de-sac at Canyons Village ski resort.
The location within the Canyons Resort mountains makes walking to the resort base easy in the summer, taking a three-minute shuttle to the ski area, or riding the Canyons Cabriolet Ski Lift, which is 0.4 miles away.
The Canyons offers summer concerts, golf, hiking, mountain biking, and easy access to North America’s largest ski resort for skiing & snowboarding. The White Pine Canyon Village property is minutes from Historic Main Street in Old Town and 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport.
This is one of Park City’s new real estate developments, which started construction in 2019. By mid-2020, the first phase of White Pine Canyon Village was built and sold out. Buyers either had to purchase other properties in Park City or wait for the next release in late 2020.
The floor plans range from approximately 1,930 to 2,576 square feet. The residences have three bedrooms, with the master upstairs, and include a three- or four-bathroom option. Upon completion, this property will consist of twin homes (6), tri-plexes (2), and four-plexes with penthouses (3). The penthouses will span the entire top floor and have a private elevator. The clubhouse will offer a year-round heated pool, a hot tub, a TV, lounge seating, and a pool table.
Although White Pine Canyon Village is technically a condo, it looks more like a townhome and is lived in similarly to a single-family residence.
The most comparable property in Canyons Village is The Ridge at Canyons Village Townhomes, but it offers ski-in access.
Why We Love This New Development in The Canyons
White Pine Canyons Village offers a lovely level of finishes. While not ski-in-ski-out, they are in an excellent location for skiing at The Canyons. The garage is oversized for the area, and there’s room for built-ins for ski/summer gear. In this area of Park City, I believe the best properties are either on the outskirts of the resort or in the heart of the resort.
