The Reserve at Midway New Development

The Reserve at Midway is a new development in Midway, Utah with 48 custom homesites. 

This new community was recently announced.  The homesites range from .85 acres to 1.2 acres.  The new development will be located at the base of Interlaken and next to The Valais.  While living in this small mountain town you'll have exceptional views of the Heber Valley and it will be one of the top communities within Midway, Utah.  

The largest parcels of land within the subdivision will be lots #31, #38, #39, and #46, these lots are over one acre in size.  With two major access points from Interlaken Drive and Canyon View Road, this area will be easy to get in and out of and only a quick drive to dining in Downtown.

This community's amenities will be similar to that of Valais, Dutch Fields, and Remund Farms.  Midway is known for its outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, ATVing, and snowmobiling. 

Current ski access to Deer Valley Resort can be found approximately ten miles away at the Jordanelle Express Gondola.  In that same area, the new Mayflower ski resort is currently being built.
