Golden Eagle Property Information Golden Eagle real estate is a new single-family home development with 328 homesites. The neighborhood sits on over 600 acres and 25% open space.

The gated community offers excellent views of the Jordanelle Reservoir. It is about ten minutes from Park City and 35-minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport. Homes will range from 3,200 to 7,200 square feet and there's a possible exception for a three-car garage

Living at Golden Eagle in Hideout

Golden Eagle offers luxury living and is located in an outdoor recreation wonderland. There is nearby boating on the Jordanelle and world-class skiing at the ski resorts of Deer Valley and Park City.

This location offers incredible hiking and biking trails. The rivers that are within a short drive offer blue-ribbon flyfishing and three other reservoirs are within a 30-minute drive. Horseback riding, snowmobiling, and UTV access are only a short distance away.

Hideout offers a public golf course and there are thirteen other nearby courses. Of course, Park City offers some of the finest dining, live concerts, and fun for people of all ages.

In 2020, a road was cut in to provide quick access to the Mayflower area. The Mayflower area allows you to access the Jordanelle Express Gondola, boating marina, and an additional ski resort.

Golden Eagle Homes for Sale The planned community gathering spaces will have a kitchen, firepit, bathrooms, indoor, and outdoor spaces for entertainment. This area will provide indoor/outdoor entertainment space. There will be five miles of maintained trails for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy hiking and biking within the neighborhood.

Golen Eagle Architecture

In the Park City area, Golden Eagle homesites offer breathtaking locations and a stunning combination of mountains, lake, and ski resort views. The architecture will flow well with the nature of the community and tend to be mountain contemporary.

The HOA

Golden Eagle's HOA is projected for $148 per month plus an additional $242 per year for an infrastructure bond. The city of Hideout is responsible for maintaining the roads within the community which maintains the low cost of the HOA. This community allows for 90-day minimum rentals.
