While the real estate listings below show the properties in Heber, this area is a bit of a half-truth. The newly built townhomes are technically in Heber City, Utah, but they live more like a Park City, Utah-type property. The Jordanelle area is about halfway between Heber/Midway and Park City. With easy access to outdoor activities, more buyers searching for Park City property buy in this area than those searching for Heber real estate.
