Boating on the Jordanelle and golfing at the public golf course make this community an excellent spot for a primary residence or a second home.
With growth from Park City continuing in this direction, it is safe to plan on more amenities in the future. It's reasonable to expect more grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities to emerge in the upcoming years.
The association fees include common area taxes, insurance, and the maintenance of the grounds. Short-term rentals are not allowed in the Deer Mountain community.

Pros: Affordability compared to Park City, Scenic Views, easy access to outdoor activities, and proximity to Park City ski resorts.
Cons: Some homes are located closer to Highway 248 and may experience road noise.
