Wohali Golf Course Real Estate

Wohali golf is centered around an 18-hold Championship course named The Eagle Course, designed by David Boyden. This new Utah golf real estate opportunity will include an 11-hole short course, putting green, and a practice cabin at the golf training facility. Fun Fact: Wohali is a Cherokee name that means eagle.

The 5,000 square foot Practice Cabin provides members the ability to relax or host events while soaking in the natural beauty of the Coalville Valley. Enjoy a second-floor driving range that is double-ended to enjoy uphill, downhill, and level shots at different angles. There is also a dining option in the Practice Cabin to enjoy fine foods from an outdoor grill, dining room, or bar.

Wohali developers took a page out of the Victory Ranch playbook with a terrific backcountry experience. They offer year-round backcountry activities for the whole family. Experience Cat Skiing for different levels of skiers.

Family time with expeditions on snowmobiles or ATVs will be priceless. Take everyone for a night of glamping and stargazing with the full-service dining experience reminding you of the night skies when you were younger.

Backpacking, camping, and taking nature hikes are all out your backdoor. The owners with an active lifestyle will have fun rock climbing, mountain biking tours, and an on-site fishing experience for trout.

While living in the community, you'll be able to relax by escaping from the noise of every-day-life and reset by relieving stress by soaking in the solitude and privacy of Wohali.  Here you will be able to enjoy yoga, relax at the spa, take a stroll in the meditation park, and stay in shape by using the fitness centers.  The goal is to live here relaxed and keep it simple by using the Outdoor Pursuits team and concierge team to set up your next big adventure in life.

The Environmentally Conscious Development of Wohali

Wohali is protecting the environment and we've never seen a developer take it to this extent in the state of Utah. Homes will be powered by a five-acre solar farm that is located near the Wohali community that produces 5 gigawatts and energy storage units. There will also be the enclosed greenhouse, pavilions organic gardening unsurpassed by any other organic garden in the area.

Wohali is getting away from fossil fuels such as natural gas by using geothermal technology for heating and cooling. The ground remains at 55° year-round where the liquid is circulated by pumps, run by solar power, to bring the geothermal heating or cooling into the home. This system is projected to decrease utility bills by 50%.

An advanced wastewater system will be used to clean used water and recycle it back for use within the home in toilets and outside for the landscaping systems. A small-scale wastewater treatment plant known as the Busse System will filter the water so that it may be reusable as secondary water. Approximately twenty percent of United States households use a similar system.

Sustainable building materials are very important to the development of Wohali.  The common amenities will be built of timber frames made from sustainably harvested Brazilian hardwoods.  Exterior materials will be natural stones, wood, grass roofs, and rammed earth.

Wohali Real Estate Pricing

We are in the first phase of the Wohali real estate development. As with any real estate development, prices tend to be lower at the begging because there is more inherent risk. As the development moves forward risk goes down and prices increase.
