The well designed floor plans typically have vaulted ceilings, single level living, and three to five bedrooms with two to six bathrooms. The first home in High Star Ranch was built in 2013 and construction continues into 2022.

Personal Note: High Star Ranch is a family favorite to celebrate Mother's day and enjoy the big mountain views while eating at the restaurant. From time to time my wife and I will enjoy a burger on the patio during the summer.

High Star Ranch's Pros & Cons List

Pros: High Star Ranch offers easy living that is about a twenty-five minute drive to Park City. The property offers a club like feel with an onsite restaurant and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and enjoying the sixteen miles of trails. The homes tend to be newer construction with the master bedrooms on the main floor with good views and typically oversized garage.  When compared to similar properties the Home Owners Association is relatively low.

Cons: In all honesty, there aren't too many cons for this community. It might be a bit too far out of Park City for some but to be closer you'd need to increase the budget by a fair amount. The smaller lots can feel a bit tight but they are priced accordingly.
