Jeremy Ranch HOAs

There are thirteen stand HOAs within the boundaries of Jeremy Ranch.  Three of the HOAs are managed by outside firms or attorneys. The largest HOA is managed by Advanced Community Services LLC and contains 730 properties.  As of 2014 they charge $100.00 for HOA documents and a $200 property transfer fee paid for by the buyers at closing.  There are approximately 1,300 properties in Jeremy Ranch.
