Upper Deer Valley Homes for sale

Upper Deer Valley Home Listings and Information

This area of Deer Valley is one of my favorite areas of real estate within the Deer Valley Resort area and Park City.  Many of the homes provide outstanding views of Park City and the mountains to the east of the area. Many who have visited Upper Deer Valley refer to it as the Silver Lake area.

Upper Deer Valley is located around 8,000/8,500 feet depending on the area - I have had clients that have struggled with the elevation for a day or two but quickly acclimated to the elevation. Upper DV has two access points. (1) you can venture up the hill past Old Town on Marsac Ave then turn left to enter one of the four major areas of the Deer Valley Resort Area. (2) You can drive from Lower Deer Valley and take Royal Street to Silver Lake Village with a few turns.

Homes in Upper Deer Valley tend to be mountain rustic or if a new build they are mountain contemporary. Currently, many homes are currently undergoing extensive remodeled so owners can have a mix of rustic and updated mountain contemporary homes.
