Timberline is located on the outskirts of Park City, Utah, and offers single-family homes for sale.  Land parcels start at about four-tenths of an acre and goes up to 21-acres for the largest parcel.  The lots tend to be average around half an acre and the larger five-acre lots may allow for horses.  The location is about halfway to downtown Park City and Salt Lake City.

Access to homes in the community is off of dirt roads, which isn't for everyone but the setting is great.  The neighborhood is heavily wooded and offers a mountain feel.  The average home is around 3,000 square feet in size with three to four bedrooms but there are some much smaller and larger homes within the community.  Garages may be oversized or additional garages for storing all your outdoor gear you'll use living here.

The first home within the neighborhood was built in the 60s but most of the construction was in the mid-90s and 2000s.  If you happen to find a home built after 2010, it's could be considered a "newer" home.

You'll have access to you have miles of Park City's trail system to enjoy hiking and mountain biking.  Timberline is a bit of a cabin community with some flare and much easier access than most cabins in the area.

If you're considering buying a home in Summit Park this is a great substitute because of the lower elevation.  If you're thinking about buying in Pinebrook this community is worth considering because the price point should be lower but you'll still feel like you are living in the mountains of Utah.
