Quarry Mountain Ranch real estate is one of my favorite areas in Park City because of the centralized location in town, flat lots, incredible views, and that hard-to-find elbow room.

About the Park City Subdivision:

Quarry Mountain Ranch is a luxurious gated community in Park City, Utah's Old Ranch Road area. The subdivision is 210 acres with 36 properties off Old Ranch Road. Each property has private irrigation set up from May to October, which allows for private ponds.

The scenery is perfect, and the location is excellent, with Old Town only seven minutes away and Kimball Junction's dining and movies five minutes away. In addition, there's access to the county trail system, a private trail system, tennis courts, sports courts, and a community pavilion with a full kitchen. Finally, lots are still available for new construction if you want to build your Park City dream home.

The largest home ever for sale in Quarry Mountain Ranch was 11,597 square feet with eight beds and ten bathrooms. The smallest home has been a 5,570 square foot home with four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The lot size is 2.31 to 10.34 acres, and Quarry Mountain Ranch allows guest homes.
