  • No Pets are allowed, except for pets owned by Park Station property owners - All pets must be on a leash at all times and
    picked up after. (Service Animal excluded).
  • Guests with Service Animals must complete the form below before their stay and provide it to the Park Station Board of Trustees President or Compass Management.
    All Pets, including owner pets, must be registered with the HOA (Submit this form to the President of the Board of Trustees or Compass Management)
  • Pets are limited to Dogs and Cats, and a maximum of 2 pets per unit.
  • Optional; Only one large Pet defined as >70 lbs. is allowed.
