Lookout At Deer Valley Real Estate Listings and Information
The condos for sale in Lookout at Deer Valley offer large floor plans with elevators, incredible views, easy access to skiing at Deer Valley Resort, and a quick trip to Old Town Park City.
Lookout at Deer Valley is possibly the best value in Deer Valley and a rare breed for Deer Valley real estate. They are the size of a home but are marketed as a luxury condominium community within Upper Deer Valley in Park City, Utah.
If you're searching for a Deer Valley single-family home, Lookout is a great substitute at a lower price. The reason I mention they are great substitutes is that the Lookout condos are BIG -they have large living areas and range from 2,700 to 6,500 square feet with four or five bedrooms.
There are a total of 35 units that can be considered condos, townhomes, or smaller Deer Valley luxury homes. There are many different floorplans in the development because of the nature of the terrain and the view corridor can be substantially different from one to the next.
Lookout at Deer Valley Real Estate Information
This subdivision is located about .8 miles from Silver Lake Village and 2.5 miles from Old Town (Google directions say 7 minutes) & there are hiking and biking trails around the subdivision for summertime fun.
The location of Lookout at Deer Valley is great but it does not have ski-in-ski-out access but there is a shuttle service included with the HOA to hit the ski slopes of Deer Valley Resort easily. The HOA is well funded and in good standing.
Feel free to search our Park City Ski-In-Ski-Out Real Estate page if you're searching strictly for ski properties.
Why I Love Lookout at Deer Valley Condominiums
The property offers great views down valley views of the Park City area. Ski access is easy with the shuttle but because it isn't considered a true ski-in-ski-out property the prices tend to be more than a million dollars lower than similarly sized ski properties.
It's quiet in Lookout and you're a bit outside of the action but close enough to go to dinner at Silver Lake or down to Park City. I love Lookout at Deer Valley because of the price per square foot!
