KEYPOINTS: I've sold multiple townhomes in Fairway Springs because I like its location and value. The square footage works well for larger groups, and Fairway Springs properties can be rented short-term.  

Fairway Springs are classified as condominiums, but they are townhomes at the outer edge of walking distance of the Canyons Village. A portion of the development was built before 2010 in a different, more rustic style than the newer, more contemporary properties. The large condominiums provide far-off views of the Snyderville Basin from different angles.

 

Properties within Fairway springs offer some of the best values in the canyons. The location provides about a five-minute walk to the ski lift next to The Waldorf, and the community offers a ski shuttle if you'd like to be dropped off at Canyons Village.  

Why I Love Fairway Springs Villas:

Fairway Springs is unique because it offers skiing and golfing within walking distance. In addition, the residences are large enough to use as full-time residences or second homes that allow for rentals. They work well for full-time residences not only because of the size and layout of the properties but because they have another entrance that most of the properties in Canyons Village don't use. This way, it's easy to get in and out of during the peak times of ski season.
