Echo Spur is a small luxury home subdivision located in Park City, Utah and comprised of seven homes. 

The new construction project is located on Rossie Hill, just past the Deer Valley roundabout in the Old Town area.  Every Echo Spur Park City homes have three to six-bedroom homes have great views from the rooftop deck and range from 2,731 to 5,200 square feet.  

All seven homes in Echo Spur have three stories and a two-car garage.  All floors always have at least one bedroom. If a home has more than three bedrooms the additional bedrooms are either located on the top or bottom floor.

About the Builder, Architect & Building Green

Echo Spur is a new eco-friendly home development in Park City, Utah and was built by Go West Development, LLC. The design was by renowned architect Jean Yves LaCriox. 

The goal for this project was to build a sustainable development that would "Spur" the "Echo" development in Park City, Utah. Homes were designed with superinsulation strategies, heat recovery systems, continuous air barriers, and proper shading for active solar systems. 

Standard features include solar photovoltaic panels on rooftops, superinsulation, passive solar design, net metering, water catchment systems, low VOC paint, locally sourced and reclaimed materials and preplanned radon venting.

The homes are prewired for solar panels, insulation values are R48 walls and R78 ceilings, low E windows, Energy Star rated appliances, passive radon system built-in, Electric Vehicle Ready, Heat Pump, humidity monitoring and ERV.

The Environmental Certificate of Echo Spur: HERS Index Score of 20 - HERS ratings range from 0-130 with lower being better and a standard home is 100.

The HOA is very reasonable and as of April 2020, the fees are $500 annually. That reflects a low cost of ownership of a property of this caliber in Park City. The HOA includes common area taxes, management fees, and reserve/contingency fund.
