It's challenging to tell a homeowner that I have different techniques and technology to help sell real estate in Park City, Midway, and Heber for top dollar in the shortest amount of time that is superior without it sounding like "salesman smoke." Here is a quick story that illustrates my ability to outperform the competition.
In mid-September I met with some homeowners that had their home on the market for 30 days and only had four showings - they were frustrated with the process of selling their home and wanted to get their home sold quickly! The homeowners asked their neighbor, that works in the real estate industry, who the best Realtor was to help sell their home and they called me right away. That next morning we sat down at their kitchen table and discussed their needs and goals when selling their home. Similar to many situations I have been in before the homeowners wanted to have the home sold for top dollar and in the shortest amount of time - simple right? The sellers and I worked together to put my marketing plan in place and to have the home properly positioned for marketing ... we did a $100.00 price reduction from their last listing. I'm usually reluctant to accept an offer like this but because the buyer is very familiar with the area we chose to accept the offer after his agent did a walkthrough. The inspection was fairly simple since the sellers worked so hard to have the home positioned correctly to sell but the property did test high for Radon.
