Real Estate Information About Park City Ski Condos

Condominiums and townhomes with ski access to the slopes of Park City will be in three major areas; Deer Valley, Old Town, and The Canyons Village.  You won't find this specific of search anywhere else online because I have filtered the properties to ensure they have a ski easement- access, ski-out of the door, ski-out of project, ski into the project, ski to door, or ski slope - named trails.

The Three Ski Areas of Park City

(1) Deer Valley Resort ski condos are located within Deer Crest, Empire Pass, Upper Deer Valley, or Lower Deer Valley.  Ski condos in Deer Valley tend to be placed more on the ski runs rather than at the base of the resort.  Please be aware that Deer Valley is one of the few true skier-only resorts in the United States.  Popular condos in Deer Valley are St. Regis, The Montage Deer Valley, Empire Village area, Stein Eriksen Residences, and Goldener Hirsch.

(2) Old Town Park City ski condos tend to be the best area for real estate investment properties because of the location to Historic Main Street.  Many of the condominiums are stacked and have some form of the commercial property nearby to offer additional restaurants and amenities.  Old Town ski Condos are located more at the base area of the ski resort rather than on the runs.  Vail Resorts has had a large influence on the value and purchase price of the properties.  The newest, and last, ski development in Old Town is King's Crown which is managed by Vail Resorts.

(3) The Canyons Village ski condos tend to be located at the base of The Canyons and allow for skiing and snowboarding, similar to Old Town.  The Canyons Village offers the most newly built condos out of all three of the ski areas of Park City.  There are several new development opportunities that you may contact us directly to discuss.  With new developments comes richer amenities and a wider selection of condominiums to choose from.
