It becomes more and more apparent to me that one of the largest competitive edges I have in selling real estate in Park City is my ability to brand photos and listings being syndicated all over the world and buyers come directly to "the source" for information. Other broker's information is often stripped or put at the very bottom of the page so the listing agent never gets a call from a potential buyer.
Syndication is when the listing agents enter your homes information and photos into the MLS and the information is blasted all over the world via the internet. This information is shown by Zillow, Trulia, and other large companies in our industry. These companies don't charge the listing agent for their information but they do charge potential buyers agents to have their contact information next to the listing. The buyers agents are often unfamiliar with your property and don't necessarily care if they sell your property as they sell as long as they can have a sell. This means buyers can been turned onto properties they would have never considered, their search can be expanded, and often the new "buyer's agent" has a l listing that they want to show over your property.
Keller Williams is the largest real estate company in the United States and by using "KW's" platform I've been able to form relationships with these large companies to make sure your listing leads come directly to me. This way your property is more likely to be shown and sold to that particular buyer.
I'm the biggest advocate for you in selling your property and my goal is to sell my clients home, condo, or lot for top dollar and in the shortest amount of time. That is why I've put in hundreds of hours of work and thousands of dollars to build these quality relationships that ensure buyers are most likely to call me so I can get my client's property sold.
