The square footage ranges from 974 to 1,471 on the townhomes and condos. The prized units will sit on the edge of the 850-acre Swaner Nature Preserve which provides views and year-round visits from the wildlife of Park City. The pet policy is Fox Point at Redstone: "There are no size restrictions on pets, but owners are limited to one dog. The exception to that rule is if one of the dogs is an emotional support animal and the owner has the proper documentation." Because of the location in Redstone, the area provides additional features that aren't offered in other areas of town - with a short walk you can be at fine dining, shopping, check out the latest movie, gymnastics classes for kids, jump on the free bus route, or grab some ice cream at Cold Stone.
