Hidden Meadows / Hidden Oaks

Together Hidden Meadows and Hidden Oaks are 97 units located in the MLS area of Lower Deer Valley Resort.  The single family homes are typically four to eight bedrooms, five to eight bathrooms, and the lot sizes are approximately .34 acres to 6.5 acres.  The home sizes are 4,446 square feet to 9,249 square feet.  The Park City MLS shows the first home in the subdivisions being built in 1997 and there are still lots available.  Most of the homes were built after 2000.  The most expensive home ever sold in Hidden Meadows was sold in 2010 for $3,795,250.  From the area you can have uninterrupted views for Park Meadows, the Uinta Mountain Range, Deer Valley Resort, and the Canyons Resort where you have the ability to see the 4th of July fireworks. The area tends to be very quiet where all you hear is the rustling of the wind in the trees and sweet ol’ mother nature.  This is truly one of my favorite parts of Park City!
