Daystar

Daystar/Amber Daystar is a 24 unit condo project that was built in the early 1980’s.  The floor plans are approximately 2,100 square feet to 2,400 square feet.  All the condos that have sold are three bedrooms and four bathrooms (some bathrooms are ½ or ¾ baths).  They have open floor plans and the condos sit either uphill or downhill. The project is eligible for nightly rentals and pets are allowed in Daystar but there are some restrictions. The HOA provides snow removal and door-to-Deer Valley shuttle service in the winter.  The Park City bus is just steps down the hill. The condos also provide great storage with owner lock outs.
